is to read the manual; once you get to know all the tools that your device has,
you should consider the following tips:
The rule
of thirds: this tip consists in dividing the image in nine parts
(this tool can be found in the setting section of your device). This rule is
used to show the points of interest in the shot.
Playing
with natural or artificial light: this tool is used to highlight an

the correct angle: from a lower angle you can show your subject with
nothing but the sky in the background. This is a good technique for removing
unwanted distractions and making your subject to stand out.
